Soviet's 1921 and 1946 famines, as well as WW2's Hunger plan were caused by capitalist warmongering. Nazis' plans were for Greater Ukraine to cut off food supplies to the USSR and send them only to German territory. Starving and driving the population into Siberia was a key objective.

The Nazis also caused famines in Holland and Greece.
